1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement” or “Terms”) govern your use of the HubLinks.io platform and website, operated by HubLinks LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“HubLinks,” “HubLinks.io,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using any part of the HubLinks.io platform or services (the “Service” or “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

Important Note: HubLinks.io is not affiliated with or endorsed by HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, LinkedIn Corporation, Google, Microsoft, or any other integrated third-party platform. You are solely responsible for complying with those platforms’ own terms and policies when using them via HubLinks.io.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using HubLinks.io, you confirm that you have the authority and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Provide false or incomplete registration data

  • Violate these Terms or applicable laws

  • Misuse or disrupt the Platform in any way

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service for lawful, ethical, and professional purposes only. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Spamming, phishing, scraping, or harvesting data

  • Violating any laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)

  • Breaching terms of any integrated third-party platform

  • Attempting to reverse engineer or tamper with any part of the Platform

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

5. Third-Party Integrations

HubLinks.io integrates with third-party services (e.g., CRM platforms, email providers, APIs, webhooks, automation tools). These services may require separate subscriptions not included in HubLinks.io pricing.

Use of these integrations is at your own risk. HubLinks.io assumes no liability for account restrictions, suspensions, or terminations you may incur through external platforms.

6. AI and Automation Disclaimer

The Platform may use automation and artificial intelligence (AI) features to assist with data processing, routing, or system-level actions. You acknowledge:

  • Automated outputs may include errors or inaccuracies

  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs

  • HubLinks.io does not warrant the accuracy or results of automated processes

7. Billing and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis

  • Payment methods may include credit card, ACH, or other supported methods

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date

  • You may cancel via the billing dashboard at any time before renewal

  • No refunds are offered for unused time unless required by law or granted at HubLinks.io’s sole discretion

8. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days’ notice. Such notice may be sent by email or posted on our website. Continued use of the Platform after pricing changes indicates your acceptance.

9. Intellectual Property

HubLinks.io retains all rights to its technology, platform, branding, and content. You retain ownership of your uploaded content, but grant HubLinks.io a limited license to use it solely to provide and maintain the Service.

You may not copy, sell, distribute, or reuse any part of the Service without prior written consent.

10. Data Privacy and Security

We collect and process personal and third-party data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to:

  • The collection of account and integration-related data

  • The processing of third-party data passed through integrations

  • Responsibility for securing access to your connected systems

We use industry-standard security practices, but cannot guarantee complete protection of data stored or transmitted.

11. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Misuse of the Platform

  • Illegal or unethical behavior

  • Non-payment of fees

Termination may result in immediate suspension or deletion of data, subject to applicable laws.

12. Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation

You agree not to disclose any confidential information related to HubLinks.io, its customers, partners, or systems. For 12 months after termination, you may not directly or indirectly solicit HubLinks.io customers, employees, or partners.

13. Spam and Abuse Policy

The use of HubLinks.io for unlawful spam, abusive activity, or unauthorized data movement is strictly prohibited. Accounts found violating this policy may be terminated without notice.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”

  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes

  • HubLinks.io disclaims all warranties, express or implied

  • HubLinks.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or third-party platform restrictions

  • Our maximum liability will not exceed the total fees paid by you to HubLinks.io in the prior 12 months

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold HubLinks.io harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, under mutually agreed arbitration rules. Each party bears its own costs. You waive the right to a jury trial.

17. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. General Provisions

  • These Terms supersede all prior agreements

  • Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect
